About the studio

Dietz Creative is a brand strategy and identity design studio based in Central New York. We help businesses build their brands from the ground up—starting with the right name, defining the positioning, shaping a distinct voice, and designing a visual identity that’s memorable and functional.

We’re not here to decorate, we’re here to differentiate. Every project begins with a strong strategic foundation that ensures the end result doesn’t just look good—but connects, converts, and endures. Whether we’re naming a new venture, writing a tagline, or building a full identity system, we bring intention, clarity, and creativity to every step.

About the founder

Margaret Dietz is a creative director, brand strategist, writer, educator, and founder of Dietz Creative. Her career began at international agencies across the tri-state area, where she shaped global campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Procter & Gamble, and Hewlett-Packard—including the iconic Share a Coke campaign.

With a background that spans strategy, copywriting, and art direction, Margaret brings a rare blend of creative skills to every client partnership. Today, she uses that big-brand experience to help small and growing businesses stand out—with clear positioning, thoughtful storytelling, and best-in-class design.

When she’s not building brands for entrepreneurs across the country, Margaret teaches design at Syracuse University, where she’s proud to help shape the next generation of creative thinkers.
